Modding documentation has small mistake with quick-bar-count
http://lua-api.factorio.com/latest/Concepts.html#Modifier
lists "quick-bars-count" but I was getting errors when using that string with 0.16.x, so I checked /data/base/prototypes/technology/technology.lua and found that it should be "quick-bar-count" (no 's' character)
Hopefully someone reading ...

I took a look at updating this for 0.16. If I'm reading the Prototypes page correctly, then "num-quick-bars" was changed to "quick-bars-count" ... but even after that update in data.lua I still get an error with the Modifier )-8

The only mod I consider to be vital for my enjoyment of the game is the Long Reach mod. It just smooths out gameplay a ton. You might increase the radius at which you can interact with things in the base game.

who knew dropping 32bit support would be so controversial? Same with the curved rails ... hard to look at the high-res rail preview image and think anything other than "WOW rails are improved tremendously!" (=8

anyone else having issues trying to use the game/server browser? I get "Couldn't reach the auth server" after I hit the 'Browser Public Games" in the menu and am prompted for my username/pass. (Steam version, win64 in the About dialog).

... I got tired of my farl train getting loaded with random crap in one half and all of the fuel striped out of the loco on the other half when I stopped near a station so I put smart inserters between the loading chests and the trains to only trigger when train at station was greater than 0 ...

I see. They were getting angry at the player and started destroying everything because they were angry.
I got rid of this anger mechanic for 0.13.5, that should fix the issue.
Would that mechanic also include attacking chests? Before I realized that victory poling does not work the same in v0.13 ...

exciting times for Rail Tanker. Really enjoying the fact that the vanilla train UI rules for item quantity work with tankers in v0.13.x! I also had dedicated train stops for my tankers so it is not a problem to avoid inserters that could take the special items out of the tanker 8-)

exciting stuff. Going to be awesome to have my smart train networks working in the 0.13 world ... really looking forward to watching my train network run with the new faster inserters and larger cargo wagons! Can the rail tankers keep up?!?!?!?
