Now that burning trees to the ground is a thing, will you ever add a simple tree planting / regrowth system? Pretty much what it says in the title. For any question asked on the forums repeatedly, about something in the game, create a Tips & Tricks screen for it.
Also need a way to view said screens at any time when playing the game. Not just before starting a new world/loading a world.

I like fsjd's ideas for the underground pipes. Halving the distance also provides a good explanation, why underground belts aren't fit for cliffs. Currently, there is no system to say "Take this item, produce this much power". Burning is hardcoded to produce fuel from ANYTHING with a fuel value. There is also currently no way to use fluids as fuel. Any mods that currently do something like this use scripting, something I've been try...

Perhaps it's meant, that you can read/write only to your mods-directory, due to security reasons? Despite from that limitation, file-io is of course possible. See for example the screenshot-function. Having a list of every item in the game and being able to give yourself as many of any of them as you want already exists as a mod. "Test Mode" has been around for a while. Thought I might mention it.
