Confirmed. put a roboport in 12.35 and indeed it's there.

[0.13.x] Stack filter conversion

I've upgraded my 12.35 map in the weekend. and observed this also.

I had the madzuri design on Stone load station.
After upgrade the inserters had an extra circuit connection.

I lurk the Bug Report tread quite often and for the past month have seen a slight change going on.
After reading this FF I now know why.... Rseding91 time for a vacation.

To put things into perspective if you play ( or server is only active for ) 8 hours daily every days. Also you'll need to keep an average game.speed of 1. As the OP said. he would have loved to run his server "AT LEAST" for 3 years. which he could not get to. because of ... read above.
Hope they indeed consider vtx's comments.
