3.png isnt even stating what its either trying to supply or request.

Try connecting the wire from the electric pole to the lamp instead of the actual station.

This has just happened to me after turning off and back on the combinator that was controlling the Requester chest.

Version 0.16.9

I seem to be getting this as well.
