I noticed some weird behavior with the biters at one point when i was looking around the map in the zoomed view,so i was kinda off-set by what is happening here, like are they meant to do that?

so i tried to update Factorio to the new 0.15.3 update, but it keeps on giving the error "bad conversion"
I have it installed on a Win 10 system, and it has not given errors before.

I downloaded this mod as a part of the 3Ra Modpack, and now my machines are not working properly. As this mod messes with the UPS, it is the most likely cause.

I actually tried that, and the oil pumpjacks didn't work, possibly because they vere vanilla.
