Hey Guys,
I want to add a virtual logistics network, so it shows up in the logistics GUI. Does anyone know if the API currently permits this? I see the places to access defined networks, but it's not clear whether I should be able to inject my network in there.
Thanks

Re: [0.16.39] Crash downloading map: "received non sequentional tick closure"
Great to hear, although describing my connection as "poor" is pushing it. I don't regard a 100Mbps connection as "poor".

Re: Version 0.16.40
Hearing reports from the FMMO community that .40 completely breaks train signals? Anyone confirm?

Got a crash while connecting to a server. Looks like ticks out of order? Here the log and dump.

[16.38] Repeated Desyncs - ClusterIO and RSO
Was playing on the 60K servers, and getting repeated desyncs on two new servers for no apparent reason. Tried with Steam and single folder installs (have both), and they both experience the same issue. Here's just two, but I keep getting dropped whenever trying to log in to these servers. https://ww...

Swimming in Quartz
Hey, I don't know if there's a good option for this, but I've found that Quartz is way too plentiful. I'm still in the mid game of Bob's (just made green circuits) and I've got a nearly full ore silo of Quartz, and the stack size is 2000. That's over 200,000 quartz, while still struggling on other o...

Re: [0.14.14] /save writes to autosave instead of game name
Ok, well if the /save command is bound to the name of the file it loaded, then I'll assume for now that I did load from the autosave. I always start the server with load-from-latest, so it's quite likely.
Let's call this not a bug then

[0.14.14] /save writes to autosave instead of game name
On a multiplayer server just upgraded from 0.14,13, the /save command used to write to the named savegame file. Since upgrading to 0.14.14, the /save command now writes to an autosave file. It is *possbile* the game actually loaded from an autosave this time, whereas it's always loaded from a named ...

Re: My train Unloading Tries
Given burn time, if you unload both sides of the wagon, the optimal number *seems* to be around 1 compressed blue belt per cargo wagon. This allows another train to get in fast enough if you're draining the belt at full speed. If you link inserters together in pairs of wagons, with the condition of ...

Re: Looking for belt UNbalancer
If it's just 2 lanes, the process is very simple ... split from one lane, then put a splitter on both lanes to rebalance the remaining output.
If you want a 4 lane split, that's a different matter... try this.

Re: [0.14] Overflow splitting
I have yet to see anyone make one here that is reliable and doesn't kill your throughput. The top lane was clearly stutter stepping when you removed the inserters. The fundamental issue is how the signals pulse for items on belts in hold mode.. they stutter step between 6 and 8 even for a fully comp...

Re: Smart dynamic train deliveries with combinator Magick [0.13]
This mini-depot is limited in functionality (no requester stations, among other things), but it's perfectly fine for running oil. You could also use it to transport other goods (e.g. a high priority train line to take coal to the power plant), but probably oil is the best way to use it. Will defini...

Re: Smart dynamic train deliveries with combinator Magick [0.13]
If it's about running oil, then there are easier solutions for that. It was... my ore trains are 1-4-1 with regular wagons, and my oil trains are 1-2-1 with Rail Tankers.. I want to manage oil the same way as the ores, so I was thinking about running oil over the green wire. You said there's an eas...

Re: Smart dynamic train deliveries with combinator Magick [0.13]
Is there an easy way to convert this to a green network? I'm using the "new" version linked in the post, and I'm now at the situation where I'd like a second train network, and linking it to green seemed like the logical choice.. I don't really understand how it's all setup under the hood ...

Might be a good idea -- force them on whenever the config option is enabled so you don't get stuck like I didbobingabout wrote: Since they are unlocked with the pumps anyway, and only the pumps can use them, maybe I should just have the recipe available from the start, so this issue goes away.

EnableGroundWater Bug?
Hey Guys, Like a fool I updated all my mods including Bob's, and it lost my custom config for a 33 hour save (no backup). I've set the options back to what they were before, including the ones listed below, but no matter how many time I reset technologies and recipes via console commands, the pumps ...

Re: Ideas and suggestions
Bob's Adjustable Inserter integration would be great. With the introduction of this mod, having only one type of inserter for each speed, and being able to adjust the pickup, drop-off, and belt offset is absolutely amazing and makes the whole process so much easier.

Would like to see the Tier 4 belt moved behind a config option so it can easily be changed without going into the logistics "code" and commenting out lines... I'm trying a new game where I'm really only using the robots & roboport changes from Logistics, and I don't want any improved b...
