I restarted the server, it took a while to come back, but on coming back it still failed. I did manage however to join someone elses game this time. So does seem to be server side.

I tried to join 3 different public games, then I tried joining the server basically. I will have to try that later, but given the number of different public games I went and did the same I assumed was me ...

Combinators require power to work however they still output the signal even if the power dies.

The electricity provided bar goes into red but never disappears completely.

Not much more to say, simple to replicate. If the power dies it should stop outputting a signal.
