I really prefer Universe 1. With the nerf i would only build more robots.

It lets me think at a whole different scale without thinking about 1k hours into a save with a whole lot of tedious work that i have already done hundreds of times.

Thanks a lot for the mod Lime. It's really useful. But i think a 12 or 11 normal solar panels it's better.

Would you make the TO DO list for us, non modders please? The compact versions of boiler, generator, accu most of all :) Thank you

[0.10.2] Radars not "re-scanning" already seen chunks

I don't think that radars are updating chunks.
The "seen in real time radius" works fine, but after a lot of hours and lots of radars working full time, i don't think that they are re-scanning chunks that i once saw.

"special note" there is no 32bit processors in production for years, 8-16gb memory is common. Anecdotal evidence I know, but from personal experience most people aren't ready to upgrade simply due to the cost. The enthusiast crowd has almost all moved over to 64bit at this point in the cy...

This mod is really useful but i can't use it on 0.10.2, no idea with other versions. :( It tanks my FPS to 20 on my large base, making the game play al 1/3 of the speed. Without it, it stays at solid 60. Tried everything i could think of but to no effect.

As long as you don't activate missile defense, you can play as long as you want to, even if you research it and build it. and ie indefinitely? missile defense will work shoot down enemies? Yes, you can play indefinitely, but the missile defense is still a placeholder. It doesn't even have graphics ...

You can split the resources before they get there. Or have in mind that the inserters prefer to get the item on the far side of the belt, this way if the belt is full or have a lot of items, it will always get the item on that side, you can play with this. There are a lot of other ways on the wiki ...

You can also go for the smaller nests first. Like the one north to your base. This are way easier to kill but more time consuming if you have to run to them.

Go to advanced search
