TL;DR
Add a toggle for the ability for players to be able to see other teams' landmines.
What ?
Add a toggle either in the PVP Scenario options or server options which allows radars to see opposing team's landmines in PVP Scenarios.
Why ?
Example here. After the invasion at 1h50m ...

Add a waiting room for multiplayer scenarios such that players can connect to a running server, join teams.

[16.27] PVP Scenario Production Scoring PVP
On the Game Scenario -> PVP -> Production Scoring, the starting condition, "Starting Chest" multiplier does not work when the value is set to 1. The following images show the multiplier set at 3, then 2, then 1.

With the amazing attention to detail, I'm surprised that we've not done a v16.01, v16.02, v16.03 instead of v16.1, v16.2 so that the steam menu is in order...
