I finished researching Gleba, traveled to it, landed and got the new Tips and Tricks entry. Clicked on the Tips and Tricks button itself (not the entry popup), and saw the following appearance for all planet briefings.

When I view a parked ship at Nauvis, the stars in the background of the planet move faster than the planet itself when i pan around with either the mouse or the WSAD keys. Is this intended? usually with parallax the distant objects move slower right? I've not tested on other planets yet tho. Also ...
