Deleting the file helped, but now a different error has occurred. It says

error while reading file C:/users\(my name)\appdata\roaming\factorio\mods\mod-list.json: <unspecified file> (1): expected object or array

When I launch my game, it comes up with an error that says

error in reading file C:/Users\(my name)\appdata\roaming\factorio\config\config.ini: <unspecified file>(1): '=' character not found in line

I continued to check my config files and the one that tells the controls is completely deleted ...

Is there any way that I could just reset my game? I don't care about my other world but I don't want to pay for a second game of Factorio.

Just recently, I don't know why but I can now create a new world. But the problem of the HUD size still exists. While in the new world, a tutorial box appears and I can not figure out a single button to X it out.

When I tried to create a new world, the game creation screen was half cut off and the game asked me to change a certain setting that was either off of the screen, or did not exist.
