When turning on and existing belt in the direction of that belt , dragging forward and back doesn't remove belt. The workaround is to drag far enough to turn the belt and then place one extra tile at the end. Then the belt gets removed as expected.

When dragging forward and back over existing belt, one tile after the existing belt doesn't get removed.
Expected behavior is for all newly placed belt to be removed.
