get_logistic_sections() seems to work well

Getting the logistic point works but add_section returns nil

Hello.
my goal is to set a logistic container (Requester chest)'s request filter with scripting but so far, I have had no success.

Hopefully the answer isn't painfully obvious.

Any pointers?
