126645 would be my guess
That said...reading between the lines of Rseding's AMA on the subreddit, smart belt seems like a black hole that may never be fixed. Personally I don't think the QoL of smart belts is worth the headache of making them work.

Re: [2.0.45] Unexpected error occurred with request to post log
I'm guessing it was a memory issue - this is on an old laptop, and I had a lot of browser tabs open. I closed some and tried again and this time I was able to copy out the 4 mb string.

[2.0.45] Unexpected error occurred with request to post log
Just opened up my printer file for the first time since 2.0.45. I had other mods loaded, and clicked the option to sync and load to the mods in this save. I was going to copy the blueprint string and paste it into a new save (minus a few mods), and when I went to click export bp string I got this ...

Re: looking for ultra f ast inserters
Editor Extensions has inserters called 'super inserters' or 'infinity inserters' or something like this - the arms swing in 180 degrees in a single tick. Can't get much faster than that.

Re: Factorio Color Printer v3.0, 125 colors, 2.16 megapixels
Ok so maybe this idea is based on my ignorance of the difficulty, but i thought you could only need 1 blueprint. And not need to progammatically load them, the blueprint need to be able to put some item on belts in a controlled manner so that if you don't move your character and some screenshot ...

Re: Factorio Color Printer v3.0, 125 colors, 2.16 megapixels
I tried to understand what it would take to automate the creation of the screenshot you mentionned, so it's the palette creation part, which i saw in the description was using some image analysis done in R, and it's too bad because i had never heard of it, only a little python with Gimp. So i ...

Re: Factorio Color Printer v3.0, 125 colors, 2.16 megapixels
When reading this i thought : " how come the person who made the awesome printer hasn't automated this ? " sounds like it would be easier, and i was puzzled by the csv in previous post too because i saw no way to use it, thanks for adding the github link in the OP it was not missed !!
Now i'm ...

Re: Factorio Color Printer v3.0, 125 colors, 2.16 megapixels
The Science Packs do look like good candidates - I am expecting to use a lot of Iron & Copper ore since it is so easy to produce in bulk (and I already throw a lot of Iron & Carbon overboard….).
Yes, please! There are a few collections of “item colors” for Factorio, but they seem to be focused on ...

Re: Factorio Color Printer v3.0, 125 colors, 2.16 megapixels
Correct, I started from the assumption that items would be moving from left to right. I built palette colors by taking screenshots of belts full of in-game items, and because sprites have different shapes and are not a uniform color, you'd want to create a new palette with the new orientation. Or ...

Re: Factorio Color Printer v3.0, 125 colors, 2.16 megapixels
Wow!
I am not brave enough to download this (yet), but I am very intrigued.
It looks like this operates by generating a list/ordering of Items for each Inserter/Belt (translating into a Horizontal scan line)? That seems pretty neat, but it requires Belts to actually hold the display on the ...

Re: [raiguard][2.0.7] Importing large strings is broken on Linux
I didn't know it took more than changing the setting in graphics. After doing ten seconds of searching it's clear that I'm running Mint with X11, not Wayland. Anyway dragging and dropping does what I want, and really quite fast (<5 seconds to import a 8 mb blueprint), so I have what I want.
Thanks ...

Re: [raiguard][2.0.7] Importing large strings is broken on Linux
Update: per Jap2.0's suggestion on my other post, I tried dragging and dropping the .txt file with the bp string into Factorio, and it worked with a 5.8 mb file. I still haven't resolved the copy/paste issue with Wayland but I can at least do what I was wanting. Please let me know if there's ...

Thank you! Unfortunately, switching to Wayland did not resolve this issue for me. I have an AMD graphics card and the game appears to be running fine post-switch, but I still can't paste large strings :(. Restarted my machine and everything.

Re: [raiguard][2.0.7] Importing large strings is broken on Linux
Hi raiguard, I'm having this issue now too (https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?p=667410#p667410), and switching to Wayland did not resolve it for me. Any other advice?
Can you verify that the game is actually running on Wayland? Ensure that you have selected wayland in the graphics ...

Re: [raiguard][2.0.7] Importing large strings is broken on Linux
The next version will add the ability to drag-and-drop a blueprint file into the game window to import it. On X11, it will also work with raw blueprint text. The clipboard will still not work for large strings on X11, but drag-and-drop will provide an alternative method that doesn't require ...

Re: Max blueprint string length to paste into import?
For further context: I am working on a color image printer, which prints items onto belts to render the image. The printer itself prints images just over 2 megapixels (3000 x 720). The images are stored as signal values in banks of combinators, 720 combinators with up to 750 distinct signals each ...
