Sometimes when setting up oil youll mix up your water/oil pipelines and itll show both lanes as the same liquid. It would be a minor QoL if clicking on the flush pipeline also cleared the pipeline colour.
For example, mixing my planned light oil line with the existing petgas line.

Re: Don't Disable Achievements on Official Map Setting Presets (with Caveats)
I'd love a full look-over of game presets tbh. Let us select world type settings for the whole save as well as each planet (so regular, deathworld, marathon (to planet specific sciences), and train base) and have achievements work in this saves
That's one of the low priority things I'd love to see.

Re: [2.1.8] Inserters rotate oddly
Yoo I noticed this too. We now have spinny inserters when they do a circle, normal 180 rotations, and now this funky side to side thing.

Add a tall entities only toggle
I've been messing around with a new compact train network bp design and the toggle elevateds made it so much easier to signal the lower rails (amazing change!) and I found myself thinking that being able to see only elevated rails would also make it a lot easier to signal tightly packed elevated ...

Re: Friday Facts #441 - Space logistics improvements
I personally don't like the idea of rocket logistics auto-requesting more materials than required - if I wanted more, I would have asked for it, especially with the new ability to set requests directly.
Everything else sounds great tho, a lot of really nice QOL in there.
The problem with the ...

Shift-click when holding a specific wire tool should disconnect that specific wire first
Currently, if you're holding the green wire tool and shift click a pole it will disconnect the power line first. It would be mildly convenient for quickly disconnecting larger areas of wire if it instead disconnected that wire colour. That way you could press alt g shift click, alt r shift click and ...

Re: Add default signal usage to the factoriopedia
Right, what im saying is that I don't know *which* entities have dedicated circuit settings so it'd be a game of hunting them down then forgetting then finding them again while I'm learning. Instead of getting to them through the item having it all collated would be extremely useful for learning. If ...

Re: Add default signal usage to the factoriopedia
For me it's mostly about knowing what exists in the game. You can't use the train station variables for example until you know they exist. Which means learning more about circuits effectively requires you to stumble into this stuff or hope to find it after googling. Having a factoriopedia entry for ...

Add default signal usage to the factoriopedia
I've just started getting into more involved circuit tech and one thing that I kept experiencing was that I'd try to implement an idea I had only to be unsure what existing options I have to actually implement it. Like with train stations, for instance. They have quite a few default signals they use ...
