Showing "Electric networks" in the map view results in the UPS decreasing significantly. The attached screenshots show a decrease from about 41 to 23 UPS. When having more than a few artillery turrets (in my case 168) placed and using the targeting remote, there can be severe FPS drops at some zoom levels.

[2.0.21] Selected quality ignored for tooltip shown when hovering over item in "set ghost cursor"
Observed behavior: When setting the ghost cursor, hovering over an item shows a tooltip with some of the item's stats. When selecting a quality other than "Normal", the shown stats still show the values for the "Normal" quality.

I have a blueprint containing roboports and substations. It is set to snap to grid (absolute). The issue is observed when trying to cover parts of the map with this blueprint in the following way:
- go into remote view
- select blueprint
