My space platform is not auto requesting missing construction materials

I have missing construction on the platform

Yet it does not populate construction materials

Oddly, when I try to build new objects to generate requests, some of the new requests ...

Game initially crashed when (I presume), attempting to start autosave.

Whenever I try to load the save game, the load gets about 30% through the progress bar then crashes.
