Add the ability to modify damage of artillery-projectile when creating it with LuaSurface.create_entity()

Right now, when using LuaSurface.create_entity() you can modify damage of "projectile" type entities when creating them with "base_damage_modifiers" and "bonus_damage_modifiers" parameters.
Im requesting same to be possible for "artillery-projectile" type entities
