So after 20hours of ingame traveling time to the shattered planet, it was REALLY disappointing to see that there is nothing there. Atleast make an achievement for reaching the planet. Guess i wasted a lot of time and will now go back to other games.

Cause if your steam would Heat the Pipe and the turbine it would lose Heat and then your turbine wont work cause it needs 500°C steam

edit: dont mind me, basegame factorio has no minimum temperatures

Fair, in this case it is pretty obvious. Originally i got confused with Crude Oil during night, cause it could very well be an empty pipe imo. But you are right, probably not a bug then.

Edit: If you look at the crude oil pipe at the top tho, i get a icon every second pipe while in alt-mode

I placed some pipes and noticed the missing water icon. On our mp server i had this happen with other fluids and on other planets too. Logfile and savefile with example are attached.
