I've been able to reproduce this by setting a platform to request way more items than it can actually receive. For example, if you set a platform to request 2 billion circuits from Fulgora, it will show this warning the moment it arrives at Fulgora even if Fulgora only has a couple hundred circuits ...

Just noticed that whenever a bot runs out of power, it teleports backwards a bit before continuing towards the nearest roboport. The bots still complete their tasks; it just looks weird.

This only seems to happen on Aquilo; they seem to behave just fine on Nauvis and Gleba. Can't tell if the issue ...

On my space platform, I have a single decider combinator. Opening the power graph with 5s precision shows that it is using 1000 W of power;

The recent change in 2.0.15 that made the statistic GUIs preserve precision seems to have exposed a bug; if the precision was last set to "All", opening one of these GUIs will cause empty graphs to be shown, but no graphs are supposed to show up at all.
