This is still an issue, if you have multiple stations as a depot with the same name, just disabling the station as a depot will not disable the train waiting from the LTN network. I second Neemys' suggestion. I'm just about to start blue science in my Seablock game (Angel+Bob+this, map is only water), and the gold requirement seemed crazy. I have the exact same issue, I run a similar modpack. My saving also takes to much time but in my case I have only 8 Gb ram, but I have no UPS issues, still 60 UPS for me.
