where would the files for the "base mod" be located? even with a fresh install of the 2.0.12 update, my game tried to load the 2.0.10 base mod and therefore, refuses to start

is there a way to manually download the 2.0.11 base mod?

i tried to manually delete all the files, do a fresh installation and still nothing

the game wouldnt even start up. steam pops up quickly and then i get the error message. and neither a full re-install or file verification fixed the propblem

since the update the game doesnt start
i instantly get the message "cannot load base mod version 2.0.10 with game version 2.0.11. Update probably failed, please download the game again"

neither a fresh installation nor file verification have helped so far,

cant launch game since this update.
"cant launch version 2.11 with basemod 2.10"

nothing modded, fresh re-install or file-verification didnt help
