Ok, sorry nvm then. Can be closed if devs see that everything is correct.

The lack was a bug in 2.1.7/2.1.8; what you see now is probably more similar to how it was in 1.1.
Sure, I saw this. Just quite strange that chunk that almost fully filled out with my buildings (solar power plant) is considered as potential expansion, but ...

[2.1.9] Biters expansion potential chunks look strange
After 2.1.9 update a lot of new potential biters expansion chunks has appeared. It is ok for me to fight biters, but those points look strange and one nest appeared really in point where I stay now. On this map there were no potential expansion chunks in 2.1.8 at all.

[2.1.9] Factoriopedia "back" button closes/opens research selection menu
Sometimes I open factoriopedia directly from research selection menu for planning rates and also to be sure that game is paused, but this bug introduces some complications.
How to reproduce:
1. during the game, open research selection menu by "T";
2. alt-click on any item to open factoriopedia ...

Re: Flamethrower turret
I could see how increasing the fuel requirement might make them more interesting, but also if you play deathworld and you only have one oil field, you will simply lose once it cant keep up, despite speed modules. So care should be taken when increasing the fuel consumption.
I can confirm that ...

[2.0.11] Heating tower on Nauvis doesn't produce pollution
I rushed Gleba with a minimal base on Nauvis with minimal science. I was very surprised that I could now use heating towers on Nauvis without being attacked by bugs due to pollution.

Re: [2.0.10] Gleba map is covering by red dots without real entities
Yeah, just appeared a new red dot during the fighting with pentapods. Maybe it is due to attack of Strafers when flying Wriggler become ground one.

Re: [2.0.10] Gleba map is covering by red dots without real entities
Updated to 2.0.11 and dots were still there.
If you build anything in the chunk then it refreshes the map, possibly also things like breaking trees or clearing cliffs would do it too. I'm guessing enemies were seen there at some point in the past and it's just old data that hasn't been reset ...

[2.0.11] Gleba map is covering by red dots without real entities
Gleba map is gradually covering by red dots (as for enemies or deconstruction planner) without real entities there. I'm not sure about every point, but probably I didn't build and deconstruct anything there. Maybe there was battles with pentapods in those places. Also I tried to collect all pentapod ...
