Same error, "No such node (action)" happens right after download of update appears to hit 100%

Several multiplayer maps I have joined it downloads at my full connection speed, 10mbit for most the map then it suddenly slows down to like 500 b/s not kb just b, so it estimate hours to finish download like last quarter of the map file. Makes it impossible to join some servers.
