[2.0.17] Crash exporting blueprint to string "!BlueprintImportExportEngine::savingBlueprintString was not true"
Game immediately crashes when I try to export to string any of the 2 blueprints placed in the game library of this save

As far as we know nobody was doing anything special at the time, I was looking in a space platform GUI, and the host did a upgrade (via an upgrade planner) of stack inserters which were hanging over a rail with gleba pots in hand

reproduce steps:
1) upgrade a ghost of a turret to a higher quality, notice the filters disappear
2) panic that your filter is gone and undo
3) copy a different untouched turret onto one with no filters
4) desync
Sadly can't provide the desync report as I get a server error when I upload one.
