Hard to explain so please watch attached 5 seconds video.
Basically if you move belt over obstacle then underground belt at 90 angle then another obstacle then it will spawn 2 underground belts next to each other instead of a single one.

I'd be fine with left/right click for min and max, when you're clicking the bar and not the drag-things.

I'm also getting similar behavior just casually playing. Didn't investigate further but was annoyed more than once by this weird behavior. Some fixes or redesign is definitely needed.
