Brother that is not even on the same planet as what I was suggesting

I'm meaning the chance of them appearing when crafting, not the actual effect of the different stats, most things in the game can be tweaked in that way by default, it just seemed unintuitive to not include chance of quality.

I'm starting my first Factorio run in space age and had a look at the game options. There is currently no ability to modify the percentages for quality upgrades and thought that might be a good thing to add.
