As of right now, on 2.0.50, there hasn't been any crashes since the time of the previous post (Installed it after making the post)

I would love to be able to forcefully reproduce it, However it is honestly 100% completely random as to when it happens. Im not 100% set on it being autosave related, I was just thinking that because of how random and unrelated it is to anything happening in-game. Sometimes it will last an hour or ...

okay, how many is a good amount? I have never submitted a bug before. I've disabled all of the mods that wouldn't break my save file and it still does it :-\
There is no noticeable rhyme or reason. It is completely random that it happens. Even if i just let the game sit "idle" it will crash ...

IIRC the official story is that the civilization that used to live there had polluted the planet into extinction - the Heavy oil ocean used to be water but pollution turned it to oil

Yes, i currently share my save file between work and home. I just use onedrive and upload before i leave work and before i go to work.

I've edited sprites before on mods I've downloaded. I don't know how difficult it would be to create and implement a whole new mod, but I think this may end up being the first and only mod i ever create if somebody else doesn't beat me to it lol

Very late to this party, but i was just going through all of the FF, and my entire body went haywire looking at the pictures of this planet, there is holes and circular cluster patterns in everything and i literally feel like the back of my head is melting.
