IIRC the official story is that the civilization that used to live there had polluted the planet into extinction - the Heavy oil ocean used to be water but pollution turned it to oil

Yes, i currently share my save file between work and home. I just use onedrive and upload before i leave work and before i go to work.

I've edited sprites before on mods I've downloaded. I don't know how difficult it would be to create and implement a whole new mod, but I think this may end up being the first and only mod i ever create if somebody else doesn't beat me to it lol
