As long as it is all the same game version, all you have to do is hit the Sync with Save button. Yes I do download the zip versions... i.e. Factorio_x64_0.17.66.zip OK, looking at the 17.66 folders, 17.66 the config.ini did show "enable-experimental-updates=true" The two modded folders had the lines commented out. I am getting the same thing. Trying to update from .50 to .54 It quits around 50%.

I am using the in-game update, as I bought the game through the website and not on steam.

Update to 17.38 and the mod will not load. (This was broken in 17.37 as well.) some error concerning trying to index Player. See the previous post... The break started in 17.35 when they changed a variable in the game from using "Player" to "Character" the fix is easy, just replace all 4 references...

Fixed that the quick bar and shortcut bar weren't aligned on UI scales other than 100% and 200%, making the game literally unplayable.

Thats strange, the first time I tried the first link, (typing it into a browser) it gave me a factorio 404 error page.
I then copied that address from the browser to the post, so I am pretty sure it was not mistyped..
