There are several problems in the save game, the train cannot leave the place to drop ammo in the copper area due to missing signals it's quite unclear how it left after dropping ammo there in the first place.
I'm not sure what all the mods do, but in vanilla factorio, it is possible to have a ...

The train is just sitting at where is restocks its ammo.

Yes I did. I had made a new save for the dlc but I wanted the progress I had on one of my other saves so I imported it. In hindight I could've just made a copy of the save I had because I didn't want to overwrite it.

Hi all, I tried to load my save file, but it just crashes every time with or without mods. I can load the other save files just fine (Not the autosaves though, they have the same issue.)
