Re: Friday Facts #414 - Spoils of Agriculture
Everything about this planet has been so incredibly adventurous & positively unbelievable so far. I do hope they tweak the Biochamber graphics a bit, though - The large, featureless glass tube looks very strange, especially compared to the Tower's much more grounded & visually interesting greenhouse ...

Re: Friday Facts #410 - Rocket turret & Target priorities
I wonder whether nukes in these are just a meme or if they can actually be used. Nobody wants to blow up his base
The real question to ask here is - What would happen if we used nukes against asteroids? Could our space platforms eventually encounter a hazard so great, that they would actually ...

Re: Friday Facts #405 - Whole belt reader, New logistics GUI
The new logic/graphics for circuited belt lines look superb! Although, the lines being broken by splitters is a bit dissappointing, even if understandable. Can they still read the belt contents on the side of the splitter they connect to, at least?

Found the teaser! Notice this excavator-claw-looking arm... thing on the player, hidden behind the UI window?

Re: Stacked Belts should be their own item.
I do like & agree with this idea, but other criticisms of it considered, I also agree that the only good way to implement it would be via replacing the role of the new Green belt. That said, I like that idea a great deal in itself; Rather than having a belt that goes faster than 45 item/second(which ...

Fulgoran Oil Processing Reimagined
TL;DR
I think Fulgora's oil collection/processing, as it stands, is far too simple and makes little thematical sense.
What ?
Think about it:

Absolutely love the ruins. I remember there used to be a Factorio mod that added strewn ruins to discover, but IIRC it wasn't kept updated/compatible?
Does anyone else get Kenshi vibes from the structures? The rounded-ness, the desolate sand, the audio track?
Absolutely one of my favourite ...

Man, I love train FFFs. Wouldn't it be great if ALL FFFs were train-related in some way?

Re: Friday Facts #387 - Swimming in lava
If you have to build multiple bases then it's important to reduce points of repetition between planets so that nothing feels stale. Over time we have consistently tried to simplify and cut excessive things. If something is repetitive but can't be cut, then we can add a new twist or a new shortcut ...

Re: Friday Facts #383 - Super force building
On the topic of massive building system improvements such as these, I must once again humbly ask: Could the functionality of that of Construction Planner (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/ConstructionPlanner) be brought to the base game as well, perhaps?
As long as it's not too much to ask...

Wait a second, do landing pads have cargo bay extensions? Aren't those cargo bay extensions limited to Space Platform Hubs?

I was just about to suggest making the landing pads ...

Re: Friday Facts #382 - Logistic groups
I'm here to join the anti 1 platform club. Intentionally limiting throughout feels really anti the spirit of factorio. Perhaps we could be allowed to have multiple space platforns and then 1 landing pad per platform.
Just putting this out there as your wording makes me think you thought ...

Are asteroid chunks really the only source of materials for the machines on the platform? Or can inserters pull from the hub invetory as well?

Re: Friday Facts #380 - Remote view
Thus, might I suggest adding a way to 'alt-place' blueprints which construction bots ignore, and then mark them for construction later, with a new "Construction Planner" perhaps?

I created a forum account just to say this - With all of these new changes to blueprinting and all, This could be the perfect opportunity to add something else massively helpful to the player:
For context, whenever I'm building my factory, I like to use blueprints in large swaths at a time to plan ...
