[2.0.66] Nuclear reactors do not return depleted fuel cells when deconstructed

To reproduce: build a nuclear reactor, insert a fuel cell into it, and then deconstruct it before it is fully consumed.
Expected: A depleted uranium fuel cell is collected along with the reactor.
Actual: Only the reactor was collected, whether deconstructed by hand or with construction robots.

That seems to be unrelated. That bug has to do with inventories changing after the highlight is applied; this is for two items of the same type but different data.

[2.0.15] Stompers do not take damage from land mines when attacking

Stompers don't seem to be affected by land mines in attack mode. They just destroy the mines and don't take any damage. Strangely, they appear to interact with land mines properly when they're not attacking anything and just walking around.

I wanted to look up stats in Factoriopedia to see how many rocket turrets I would need to kill a stomper.

What I expected: speeds were listed like with biters, spitters, and wrigglers.
What happened: no speed was listed for any size of strafer or stomper.
