Was this just a the-game-did-not-load-completely-yet thing or an actual bug? (I still did manage to change the quality with Alt+Scroll wheel)

If you are in the editor and check 'Not Operable' on a steel chest ghost, you expect it to remain checked when reopening the GUI, but it is not. The same issue occurs with other properties that can be checked. Retrieving the data seems to be the problem, as the properties are in fact changed. 20AC68 ...

This is very weird. If you use Ctrl+Z and Shift+Ctrl+Z in my provided save file, you can see that the storage full alarm gets triggered, but it can't be full. The items involved are nowhere near enough to fill the storage? O, its not accounting the cargo bays?

This was an undo of a deconstruction and the asteroid collector got rebuilt even though there is no connection to the platform.

They can deliver the repair packs, but not the construction bots to the hacky roboport? Is it something with having different quality bots in the inventory?

If you select a quality not in editor mode, it changes all item icons to the corresponding quality. You can see here that it doesn't happen in the editor crafting menu thing.
