This situation is imposible, train can not move to top from bottom-right line as well as can not move to bottom from top-left line. There are no reason to design any intersections again, just these simple ramps and mergers. There are non-ramp intersections possible that are more compact. Doing some handwavy math, does this mean that 2 lane intersections will always be limited to a score of ~100 with regular merges, and ~130 with high-speed merges? could some one tell me if this is a decent intersection I would suggest posting your BP to the Factorio discord server. There is a channel named "train-help" were you could get exhaustive help from many people. The closest intersection to yours appears to be the Buffered Compact Attempt ....

I believe that you would need to modify the circuits to reduce the tpm on the X->W trains, although they would even out anyhow as the outbound west line would only be able to take maximum trains. I don't believe that there's a built in way to do this with the test bench and I don't have time to mess...

I've tested both intersections with M = 90. And they tested 104 and 103 which seemed good to me. They have been posted under the hurricane header next to mine and given design credit as "clorine". But maybe an extra TMP or two can be gained by an experienced rail wizard moving/adding/remov...

I noticed in the current listing here for my 2-lane Multicross, the "expanded" version is lumped in with it on the same entry and even though it had a significantly higher score, the score for the smaller version is what's listed on the heading, and determined its position in the list. .....
