Re: Nuclear Power Problems
I don't think it's a water issue but I not sure.
You can see if it's water by hovering over the heat exchangers. If they have 0 water *while the problem happens* you have a water problem. By intuition your pipes look insufficient (too many pipes between boilers, too many straight pipes) and ...

Re: Nuclear Power Problems
Without a better view of the entire power plant, we can’t really proofread your power plant.
What I can tell you is, that those 4 reactors in that two 1x2 configuration cannot provide more than 320 MW of power, at 160 MW each.
160 MW calls for ( factoriocheatsheet.com/#nuclear-power ) 2 ...

Nuclear Power Problems
I don't understand why, out of seemingly nowhere, my power production will drop in half and I will get low power warnings on buildings. I should be generating around 460MW, and sometimes I indeed do generate that much. But then out of nowhere I drop down to what I show in the screenshots. I have 9 ...

Re: Trying to figure out Train Signals
Factorio Train Automation tutorial (Parts 1-3) expands on this. Although now quite old, it is still applicable and remains the best written explanation I've seen (in my opinion).

Trying to figure out Train Signals
I am trying to figure out signals. I have read the Wiki, and in game help but I am just not getting this, what I believe to be simple, intersection to work. The blue arrows are the directions trains run. Basically, a train can run both ways on all 3 tracks, but there is only 1 train on each track ...

Re: 120+ hour game corrupted save
Omg, I feel so stupid now... I was using an old shortcut that was taking me to 1.0.0 and not the steam version. Once in the right version it's working again. Thanks so much for the help!

Re: 120+ hour game corrupted save
I went through the attach process, not sure why they didn't show up, I will try again. I did start my game in an older version, but I have 60+ hours of it in the current version of the game. All 4 save games I attached are from the new version.

120+ hour game corrupted save
Hello, I went to load my game tonight and my actual save game, along with all the Autosaves are all saying they are corrupted. I have a ton of time into these and I will be sick if I have to do all this work again! Is there anything that can be done to help a corrupted save game? It's saying that ...
