I agree with the car part. I only discovered that by accident otherwise I would never of thought that I had to be in the car for it to count.

The way I done it was to work on the railroad almost immediately before the iron patches at the main base run out and as such I had no problems at all with the amount of ore I was receiving. It was a bit of work to make sure I was processing enough of it quick enough to keep everything else running....

That was a late discovery which I made by accident when I removed the car lol. If I had known about that in the beginning it would of changed a lot of things

Yeah, I used the defender capsules. They were exceptionally useful and I chewed through 37 of them pretty quickly. Might try the idea of just beasting it through and grabbing it without stopping.
