It used to be that you could only see the location of trains if they were within the scan area of radar.
Did this change by design in one of the 15.x releases?
I'm able to see the location of trains everywhere now.
It did - For the better i think. Since we have the train GUI, we were in theory ...

Re: Version 0.15.13
Can you give us a rough estimate of 1-10 (+-2) how kovarex-stable 0.15 already is?
Yiss, its soon to start asking already ^^
And really nice game guys. Over 500 hours played and still hooked.

Check your keybindings - Normal zoom and world view - zoom can be assigned to different keys; although they are the same by default.

Re: How to delete empty blueprint?
The blueprint-library is still on the experimental branch, so nothing´s final
I agree that deleting empty bp´s could be simpler, but another argument would be that there is no reason to create a new blueprint if you dont plan on using it

Nope, all commands that change the (save-)game-state in some way disable achievements. The only exceptions are "cosmetic" changes like /color and so on.

Please post a screenshot of your setup.
My suspicion is that you have either hooked them up on the wrong sides or are looking on the wrong stretch of pipe.

IIRC, there was a statement regarding the outputted science packs of rocket silos:
Should a rocket with a sattelite be launched while there are still packs in the silo, the excess packs wont be voided but buffered internally, reappearing once enough room for them is given.
Thes same could apply in ...

It seems like the game is having trouble initializing DirectX 9. Please make sure you have the latest version of DirectX 9 installed.
Otherwise, you can download it from here.

When I loaded my 0.15.9 map into 0.15.10 after a while I noticed my steam delivery train had water in it's tanks... easy fix, but just thought I'd post it as an FYI. (500°C) Steam powered outposts are still good for me.

Re: save files are reseted every time
You need to remove the semicolon (";") before "autosave-slots" in order to override the default.
Basically, every line in a .ini files beginning with ; is considered a comment and not processed any further.
I just checked that myself - Without the semicolon, the change is persistent, however if i ...

You might hit R by accident when trying to pick something up with F - Trust me, we´ve all been there
To make sure it isnt your keybinding, you could temporarily bind the rotate-key to something like O or L

Re: Train Waiting Yard
I don't think putting a station on the middle track will work. Every train will path around it, and unless all the "waiting" tracks are full, the train will go through the shortest "waiting" track rather than the center track.
This is basically what OP wants. Obviously, any train that should only ...

Re: Thought Experiment : Optimizing Rail Line Throughput
Well, if watch your resources either by counting them on the belt (after the smelter) or in the logistics network and connect your smelter with all outposts, you can hold the trains at their outposts until the smelter begins to run low.

Re: Train Waiting Yard
The pathing algorithm gives more weight to a track if there is a station on it that is not used by the train meaning such a track would appear longer to the pathfinder than a track without said station.
Due to that, it might be enough to add a station in the middle and not use it in any schedule (i ...

In other words:
A passive provider will - as the name implies - not get filled by the bots and is therefore useful for produced goods (i.e. one or more assemblers directly outputting into them).

I know it's a small thing, but could you post the change log as a seperate downloadable file on the downloads page ? It's just sometimes nice to be able to look at what's changed in a release before you download it.

Re: Version 0.15.8
You don't need blue belts at all for furnaces, and it is very easy to build without undergrounds. If costs for building furnace factories are "prohibitivly high" with the current recipes, your design is faulty.
