how do you power one of them? let alone multiple of them?
even if you could get 6 portable fusion reactors in your suit (10x10 = 100 4x4 = 16 100/16 =6.25) that's still only 450KW when a single personal roboport takes 2000KW (2MW)

actually there are several times I wanted to put the item back in the same square I picked it up from particularly when wanting to double load a belt pick it up from the closer side of the belt then put it down on the far side (or vice versa)

I don't know if it's widely known or not but holding shift while placing an item places a blueprint version for a bot to build and allows you to do it from further away than normal building
