The bots in the blue rectangle traveled the red distance to go to the black circle to repair some damaged walls there but the roboport literally 5 tiles south the damaged walls has rapair packs inside

These are all the places I have repair packs in. You can clearly see that the majority are in roboports at the wall but I can see construction bots flying all over the place to repair walls

Before doing any changes I had a single assembler putting packs into a storage chest with a limit of 100 packs set on the inserter. I only have a single large robot network I never had large scale repairs, the most were maybe 20 walls and 3 flame thrower turrets. I never directly put the repair pack...

I have this weird behaviour that when I have damages to my walls bots closeby with available repair packs dont get out of their roboport but instead robots from my main base that are already in the air go to the wall and then settle inside the roboports there. It really seems like it's completly random because I tried to play Factorio again... forgot that my Browser was open and it worked... no lagging and I let a Video from youtube playing and it still worked... restarded, closed browser, didn't work again... so I do really think by now, that it's comple...

Kinda bad News... I already tested it with older Versions when I first got that bug... I even tried 0.16 and 0.17... 0.16 worked... most of the time but 0.17 had the same chance to getting the problem

So since the last update of the experimentals I had a weird lag in my mouse. When I moved it with an item in hand the item would lag behind a fair bit and it's really anyoing for me. I tried alternating the refreshrate of my monitor to 60 because Factorio doesn't support more than that but it didn't...
