[0.12.4][kovarex] Cannot fast replace assembly machine

If one want to upgrade assembly machine 2 to 3 you should be able just put the newer one on the top of the old one. If player is very close (touching at the middle bottom for example) to the old assembly it appears that player collides with the "new" assembly machine and you cannot replace them. If you go a little bit far away you can exchange the old one with the new one without any problem.

Thanks for the report, I fixed that for 0.12.5.

I also made automated test for that, so it should not break again without us knowing.
