[Dominik][0.17.68] Underground pipe misses underground connector of ghost

Issue: ghost with underground connectors does not count towards spliting underground pipes, that is:
1/ will not split existing undergrounds,
2/ is missed when searching for far end when building pipe-to-ground.

Good one. The code did not take into account anything bigger than a pipe to have underground connections.
