[0.17.58] Laser Turret Beam Range bug

[0.17.58] Laser Turret Beam Range bug

When biters come into range of the turret the laser turret fires at them, when they leave the range of the turret the "beam" is still shown and damage is dealt to the target of the laser turret when the biter is out of the range of the laser turret.
This occurs whenever a biter wonders into then out of range of a laser turret.
From my understanding once of of range the beam of the turret should no longer be drawn and no damage should be dealt.
