Korean IME is still broken..
Any IME(Microsoft IME, Nalgaeset IME) isn't worked as expect.


how to test ime input:
1. download & setup korean IME
2. in Factorio, type "gksrmfxptmxm" in Korean IME (it should come out like "한글테스트", but finally only "트"(last letter) appear on screen)
- to switch between korean and english input, push "A" button under tray icon. it should "가" shape like.

Here I thought IME works the same for all languages ... and I was wrong.
Fixed for 0.17.43
