[0.17.42] Replay crashes when importing blueprint not in Lib: BlueprintLibrary::applyTransferBlueprintData

When downloading and replaying this replay it crashed after a short time when a blueprint import accoured.

Crash is still present in 0.17, achieved by starting multiplayer game -> opening blueprint library -> clicking on a blueprint to "download" and use it. Saving that, and then replaying the save.
