[2.0.28]Factoriopedia shows wrong item

What did you do?
- Build this EMP upcycler blueprint (https://fprints.xyz/blueprint/e7dacab4- ... 6095607631)
- Set EMP upcycler to produce Speed Module 3
- Enter Remote view (character is on Aquilo, remote view points to Fulgora)
- Open EMP UI
- Left Alt + Left Click on recipe item (Speed Module 3)

What happened?
While in Remote View, pressing Left Alt + Left Click on Recipe item shows repecie of item underneath the UI (in this case EMP UI) instead of actual recipe set in EMP.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
I was able to get correct entry around 5%-10% of times. All other times I'm getting Concrete/Hazard concrete entry. This is because, on my save, that is on what EMPs are built.
