Multiplayer Desyncs

My friend and I have been playing a game for a looong time (multiple weeks).
He has been hosting.

We got to the point that we had basically "won" and had little left to do, so we installed some mods to play with.
We were playing just fine with the mods last night, but this morning I cannot connect. I end up in a desync-loop.

Mod list is short (from the log.txt in the desync report):

We haven't really done a lot with mods before. Is this normal/typical?

It sounds like it might be a bug in one of the mods. Many mods work fine in multiplayer, but some cause desyncs. Restarting the server might solve the desync loop, but long-term the best fix is to work out which mod is causing it, and report it to the mod author so he can fix it.
