I'm so glad I came across this post! I am about to start my mega base and this is exactly the direction I wanted to go in. :)
I even posted on reddit as I was trying to work things out myself... lol

Do you have any updates on how things turned out in the end? How many SPM did you get up to and how is the UPS/FPS now?

I'm going through your whole thread in detail tomorrow after I get some sleep. lol
