Yeah, I recently noticed severe speed drop at public games. It starts very fast but the last several hundreds kilobytes are downloaded slowly, I have to wait for minutes for that to finish. Maybe the problem is my overall high speed connection, 100 Mbit/s (by the contract, not the link speed). I easily get about 5-6 Mbyte/sec and in the end it slows to a crawl. Tried to connect to several public games, it's all the same everywhere.
