[2.0.34] Undoing power pole deployment connects previously disconnected networks

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have two separated power networks nearby
2. Add power pole that connects the two networks
3. Undo that power pole

Expected:

• Wires return to the state they were before adding the power pole
• Networks are disconnected

Actual:

• Multiple new wire connections are created
