[2.0.23] FPS drops on Gleba

FPS on Gleba started to drop on some zooms on some places during the last few versions (didn't observe this before Nov).
Attaching video recording (the very same effect with or without OBS running).

Draw engine skyrockets from 2ms to >12ms when I zoom out.

My setup

- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900KF CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz
- Installed RAM: 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)

Does this still happen with the debug overlays disabled? They have a measurable overhead.

Yes. Framerate still drops, maybe not to 40, but drop is more than noticeable (edit: just caught 46 with idle OBS and without debug overlay).
Probably related to Gleba's weather as this does not occur on other planets.

Edit 2: 52 FPS on game paused is not OK I assume?

Can you go into "the rest" settings (hold ctrl and alt when you click the settings button) and disable "force openGL" and see if that resolves it for you?

Yes, I can. No, it didn't make any difference.

After you made that change did you restart the game?

That helped. Thank you.
There are still microfreezes but I'm okay with it.
Also, this fixed game not being rendered at full FPS while not in the focus.
